We make every effort to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Because our work is handmade from natural materials, colours, grain, figure, and finish vary from piece to piece, and no screen reproduces them perfectly. These natural variations are part of the character of the work.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any piece at any time, and to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited.
Mistakes in pricing occasionally occur. We are not obligated to honour a sale advertised in error, but we will refund any amount paid in such a case.
Most of our work is made to order or produced in small, limited editions. Ordering, deposits, lead times, shipping, and returns are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date. We may cancel or limit an order at our discretion — for example, where an order appears to be placed by a reseller, or where billing information cannot be verified — and will make reasonable effort to notify you if we do.
Our wood furniture carries a 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee; our papier-mâché editions are covered by our authenticity-and-care commitment. The terms of both, along with care guidance, are set out on our Care, Guarantee & Service page, which forms part of these terms.
Your submission of personal information through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of the terms will stay in effect.
These terms are effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use the site. If we believe you have failed to comply with any part of these terms, we may terminate the agreement at any time; you will remain responsible for any amounts owed up to the date of termination.
These terms, together with any policies posted on this site (including the Shipping & Returns, Care, and Privacy pages), constitute the entire agreement between you and Objects & Ideas Inc. regarding your use of the site and services, and supersede any prior agreements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, for all disputes arising out of or relating to your purchase of products from Objects & Ideas Inc. or to these terms.
